A group called Glass Bead Collective protested the Iraq War last night at Ground Zero by projecting images of peace and hope onto the surrounding buildings. There was also a candle light vigil as part of the peaceful protest. The police, however, managed to breakup the demonstration by ticketing the group's van for a parking violation. I liked it while it lasted.
