Researchers of Carnegie Mellon University has managed to teach a computer to recognize and transform 2D images into 3D. This is really cool. But the choice of what images to use in the video are a bit boring. What about the pyramids of Egypt? The Grand Canyon? A coral reef? Come on CMU, give me something stunning.
