My one thought was perhaps they wanted to focus on the hands? Seeing as how 'the computer is personal again' theme ad was about a distended graphical hand doing stuff... :)

Yea, I wondered that too. Maybe for some of the spots they had an actor stand in for the celebrity and the real celebrity only did the voice-over?
