Seinfeld's Tom's Restaurant Visit

Today, I made the long journey up to Tom's Restaurant, the famous diner from Seinfeld. It's located at 112th St and Broadway in Manhattan.

From the outside, the place looks exactly as it does on the show, but once you walk in, it's not a thing like the portrayal on show. The only thing that reminds you of the Seinfeld connection is the autographed photos on the walls and customers taking photos of themselves in the booths. Don't expect Elaine and George to walk in and sit down next to you, or Kramer to stop by trying to pitch his latest scheme. Nope, what you can expect is decent priced food at a classic New York diner, complete with paying cash only at the old time cash register. Definitely a spot worth checking out for any Seinfeld fan.
