Scarlett Johansson is More When She Wears Shoes

Here is Scarlett Johansson for Reebok. The copy reads, "I'm more than a cover story." and the tagline reads, "I am what I am." I agree with Adrants that this line would be better suited for someone like Britney Spears, and that Scarlett is much better in the Disney campaign. In this ad, why does she look like she just got exercising in 1986, and why is her arm dangling as if she's dead?
